Best Christmas Trees to Visit in London

To go along with our blog post about London’s Best Christmas Lights and Photo Opportunities in London, we thought it would be a great idea to run down the Best Christmas Trees to visit this festive season.

Some of the locations below host London’s best looking Christmas Trees that can be visited, Instagrammed, and admired from November until early January!

1. Covent Garden – WC2E 8RF

One of the largest Christmas trees in London is located on the cobbled streets of Covent Garden. The tree when it is lit up at night is beautiful and paired with the new installations offered at Covent Garden, this is a must see for all the family.

2. Leadenhall Market – EC3V 1LR

Every year Leadenhall Market offers a beautifully huge Christmas tree to go alongside its Victorian architecture. Located in the heart of the City of London, this market is truly magical with a plentiful amount of shops to pick up gifts and also several locations where the Harry Potter movies were filmed.

3. Connaught Hotel – W1K 2AL

The reveal of this now iconic Mayfair Christmas tree will take place on the 16th November and we are really looking forward to this. Every year the tree is designed by a different artist which makes it unique each year.

4. Claridge’s Hotel – W1K 4HR

A short walk from the Connaught Hotel is Claridge’s which should be next on your list. Claridge’s Christmas tree is always the talk of the town and is a must-see. Every year, we make the effort to get a photo as the decorations are unique and beautiful. Last years installation was designed by Jimmy Choo, so we are super excited to find out who has designed this year!

Claridge’s have just confirmed that this years collaboration is with Louis Vuitton which is so amazing and we are so excited to see what the tree is going to look like this year!

5. Trafalgar Square – WC2N 5DN

An absolute classic London Christmas tree is located in Trafalgar Square. An annual gift to the capital from Norway since 1947 is decorated in a traditional Nordic style and is available to visit from the 7th December.

6. St Pancras Station – N1C 4QP

Last year, there was a 10-metre tree which took inspiration from the London skyline and featured classic Christmas tales which looked truly magical so we are so looking forward to what will be on offer this year.

This years tree has just been unveiled and it’s theme is the magic of literature and it looks as amazing as every year! We can’t wait to go and visit it this Christmas.
